Preventing Tinnitus<\/h2>\n\n

Of course, to know how to prevent Tinnitus, you must first know how you get it. To that, unfortunately, there are a lot of possible answers. For example, it may be due to high blood pressure, the side effect of medications or an infectious disease. In these cases, the condition is temporary: the squeak usually disappears as soon as the underlying problem is resolved. <\/p>\n\n

In the vast majority of cases, however, it comes from noise-induced hearing damage. Prolonged exposure to loud sounds or brief exposure to sounds above 100 dB can cause hearing damage that causes the squeak. Examples include concerts, chores or motorcycle riding. Damage to the auditory nerve is permanent. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

So the answer in this case is simple: hearing protection. By wearing hearing protection when you go to a concert or festival, or when you work in a noisy environment, you dramatically reduce the risk of hearing damage. Especially in this case, because prevention is better than something that cannot be cured. <\/p>\n\n
