Swissvoice Xtra 2355 Duo Wireless DECT Phone This cordless DECT phone is equipped with several features that make calling easy. In developing it, Swissvoice has taken into account seniors and people with impaired vision or hearing. The base station of the Swissvoice Xtra 2355 is equipped with four photo buttons that allow direct calls to preset numbers. Furthermore, there is an answering machine built into the base station with a maximum recording time of 30 minutes. The answering machine features a slow motion mode that allows messages to be played slowly. The handset of the Swissvoice Xtra 2355 features a large display and large backlit keys. It has four memory keys which are linked to the four photo keys on the base station. On incoming calls, you can see on both the handset and base station that a flashing light begins to flash. Combined with the ringer which is adjustable in different levels with a maximum volume of +90 dB, this means you won’t miss a single call. When you want to call someone, you can choose to have them speak the numbers you have typed in. While calling, you can boost the volume to a maximum of +40 dB. Block unwanted callers If you are bothered by unwanted callers you can block them with the Swissvoice Xtra 2355. It is possible, for example, to block all anonymous callers, to decide whether to block incoming calls or to receive calls only from registered numbers in the phone book.

Please note that if you call through KPN then you cannot use the number recognition and blocking feature. The Swissvoice 2355 operates via FSK and does not support DTMF.
